This has got to be the worst case of Tourettes known to man, he even types with it. And it is not even a fun kind of Tourettes where he spits out racial slurs and curse words...

If you talk like you type, the cop probably wanted to eff you as hard as he could, and since he did not happen to have a rusty chainsaw with him, the ticket had to do.
