Omfg, Bad Day For Me Today

FAWK!!!!!!!!"disconnected smog device"?????because of aps intake??? i thought i was gonna be a fix it ticket!!!!but i was wrong......cant pay to play anymore....
have anyone got the same ticket? why is it incorrectable? why not just a fix-it ticket?
im gonna go to stock, might sell all aftermarket parts....let me know if interested, and leave offers

If your ebonics-style writing is any indication of how you talked to the traffic cop, then I would of "found drugs" in the back seat and sent your ghetto *** to jail. That’s just me, though... good luck with the ticket.

if your intake doesn't have a CARB EO# on it then yes he can give you a modified intake ticket. as for the bov, for emission purposes and for the engine to run how its suppost to, its suppost to recirculate that relieved air. if you have a VTA then technically the device is disconnected because it is no longer recirculating. but still i dont know where he'd get the "DISCONNECTED SMOG DEVICE" part because i dont believe the the Bypass Valve is listed on the emissions sticker under the hood, nor do i believe it is listed in the emission control componenet handbooks. i'll have to check my smog tech books to see though.
