i saw mad bike cops out yesterday just between sunset & hwy 50...
one was posted up un a driveway on the southbound side, just after the Fair Oaks loopy onramp thing...
he was facing traffic & you could tellhe had his radar going...
i was in a pack of cars so i wasn't speeding, but he was just waiting to nail someone who whipps that turn off Fair Oaks and has the open stretch over the bridge.
this was about 2:00pm too.

i saw a few others w/ people pulled over or driving the other direction.
Sunrise will be avoided as much as possible...they're cracking down HARD.
________
Lovely Wendie

because its a major street that runs all the way from Roseville through Rancho Cordova. Bigger land marks are located on it as well as most of the more popular stores and Resturants.... Sunrise Mall has a big part in it.... Krispy Kreame and In 'N Out also have big to do's with it because of their late open hours. Lol, just think of it as the Strip of Sacramento.

In that artical, the unmarked SUV that the officer is in is most likely the Midnight Blue Ford Explorer. I've seen him around, if you look close enough you can see some lights behind his grill.
For a large portion of stoplights from Oak Ave to Madison, after 10pm on Friday and Saturday nights, the traffic lights begin blinking red, indicating a 4 way stop intersection... the only 2 intersection that this does not apply to is Greenback and Sunrise and Madison and Sunrise, only because they are more of the major streets, it would cause too much traffic. The flashing red is both good and bad, good because it will keep the "racers" from reaching excessive amounts of speed, but also bad because its almost creating a line-up for the racers. But its easier for the cops to pick out those drivers.
I have notice that it has really died down here in Citrus Heights on those nights, but still at times, it still feels like a raceway with all these little ricers that come flying by. Hopefully it will soon be all gone....

lol, most of those girl racers out there are funny to watch because they have no concept of the difference of each car. its mainly the ones in the domestic cars, because all they hear is the name of the car and think its unbeatable by some import.....

have you seen the guy with the really clean Silver Type-S RSX? that this is fast thanx to that turbo and front mount.....
