end of the story... er doc said they couldn't do anything because both ears were so rock solid if they tried to remove the wax they would rupture the ear drum so gave a scrip for ear wax removal drops to soften them up... (which I found out today was just an OTC item) and to set an appointment with the normal dr in a week to finish it up.
Also grandpa has no filter either, while waiting to be called, there was larger woman behind the glass in the registration room, out loud he says, "That's a Large Woman. That is a Large Woman."

You have no idea how pissed I was after doing 80+ down san juan and pull up and he only has an ear issue. Here I was thinking he was dying or something. Freaking out and he's just la di da.
