NHRA @ Infineon *pics*... 56k... don't even try
Well let me start off by saying if you have yet to see professional NHRA Top Fuel in person, I would HIGHLY recommend it. I have seen many drag races in person, including rocket cars and NOTHING compares to the raw power these cars make. Not only does it make you want to start bleeding from the ears even with ear plugs in, it shakes every organ in your body. It made the entire grand stand shake like a 6.0 earth quake everytime they flew by.... You truely don't get the acceleration these cars are capable of, until you witness in person a car doin Mid 4's in the 1/4 mile at speed over 330 mph, where the margin of victory can be as little as .001
Let me also say, it's very hard to capture these cars in motion going down the track, because of their rate of acceleration... I wish I could have sat a little higher so I could have avoided the saftey walls...

There was only two mess up... Both where car fires.... This car just lit on fire after his burnout...

This car got to about 3/4's track and blew some cylinders, he decided he should stay in it because he was trying to qualify... oventually everything just exploded, and the car coasted to literally the end of the track. He had to jump out the saftey hatch on the top of the car, and he also came very close to the end wall..

since I missed the actual car blowing up, I took a picture of it on the big screen when they where showing the replay...

Like I said... this truely is an experience everyone should go do... not to mention there was ALOT of eye candy there, and these girls had teeth too!! I thought it was gunna be a hick fest, but it was actually far from it!!

And scott.. it's hard to keep a car going straight when you are on the verge of blacking out from the acceleration g's
