I'm getting hijacked by the mad cyclists!
Since you guys are so into bikes, do either of you want to buy a bicycle shop. My parents are retiring and selling their business (College Cyclery on 21st). They only want 50k for the business and inventory. The building doesn't come with it. Lease would be around 3k a month.

Thanks! Yeah, I know to expect it from the time I've spent on other forums. Many people get tired of seeing posts from newbies and instead of pass them by and let others respond they try and have some fun. I tried not to harrass the newbies and be helpful. People on this part of the forum (Sacramento) need to remember they can be tracked down and pummeled. Just kidding!
