Ok, the next ride is Olmstead Loop in Cool. It's 9 miles, some good descents and some decent climbs. Mike and I decided to make it on a Saturday so that the ride wouldn't conflict with church
.
I've ridden this trail before and it's quite a bit of fun.
What you'll need:
Here's some info on the trail: (.pdf format)

What you'll need:
- Bike (duh)
- Helmet
- Bike gloves (trust me on this one)
- Good shoes
- Comfortable clothing
- Probably a good idea to get a camelbak or similar hydration pack. REI has their house brand 'Novara' that runs a bit cheaper with similar features to camelbak.
- Some grub for the trail, just in case
- Spare tube.

I've brought beginners out here before, but it is a bit of climbing. Just bring plenty of water and get a good night's rest before hand.

After yesterdays ride I thought I'd be REALLY sore today..not a bit. Hopefully I don't get sore at all, that would be awesome.
And yeah, non-subie people can come, but, how big should this group be?

A good write-up on the trail: http://members.psyber.com/asra/tgolm.pdf
Also, I would suggest starting this ride earlier than 10AM. The trail gets packed and is shared by bikers, hikers, and horses.
