If you're on a fast bike, you have a REAL small window in which you could get away in certain situations. If you're on a twisty mountain road with a few outlets nearby, you could smoke the cop and get out of the way before he could get another unit to help, but it's not worth it. If they catch you, you're toast.

There's a bunch of motorcycles with V8's from cars in them. They're still motocycles and still have to follow the emissions laws for motorcycles (virtually nothing)
