the pic is called an avatar, if you hunt down an admin , and shower them with gifts, gold, and real women they will grant you the glory of one...
...More or less, send money to the site, call yourself a "vender" , prove you have mad admin skills and be a "staff member", or ***** up the review section of i-club (https://www.i-club.com/reviews/) and contact a staff member when you give 20 or so reviews. and become a "VIP". Note: They have to be real reviews you will be called apon when they check your work.
