There's a million places to eat. major areas are Elk grove, Arden area, and Roseville Galeria area.

How fast do those carts go? is it fun?

Where is a good bar or something to do at night,like pool or whatever.

Check out Corner Pocket for some good billiards.

Otherwise, Ed (soggy) usually recommends Face's bar downtown, I'm not really down with that place though.

your mom is down.

if you really want to have a good time you should come out to the elk grove or natomas meets. there really isn't anything to do in sac. I always ended up on the bay area when I lived down there. but if you find the right people to hang out with, sac can be fun.

30-40. It's fun. It does get expensive though.
