Since everyone else is quite, I'll suggest what works for me 
I can't make Wednesdays, but I could on Thursdays or Fridays.
How about In-n-Out in Roseville. (Taylor and I-80)

This week won't work for me, but typically most days are OK for me. Rancho or even the Sunrise area works, unless everyone wants to meet some place near Arden Fair. There's a ton of good places to eat over here.
