Haha^^^

kidatari; I actually have started to fall in love with the fozzys but IDK if they are necessary now. Maybe when I am in my 30's I will get one to sit along side a STi in the future haha.

I like the look of the 06/07's but I probably wont be able to find one in my price range so I am looking for bugeyes I guess. I want one in; the darker Silver, White, then maybe Black...

Do like a silver and black theme for it like this guy on NASIOC. His car is sooo sick.

welcome, and congratulations on your decision on buying a subaru! great cars for young and old. Well in Folsom the majority of Subaru owners are old people (50's and above). It is always nice to see good looking subarus rolling around than the typical stock outback. But please I do encourage you not to drive like a complete douche while in the city of Folsom, we do not need any more people giving "imports" a bad name. Oh btw I am actually in El Dorado Hills, but do spend a lot of time in Folsom.

Haha yea, most cars in Folsom are stock which can get to be pretty borring. I dont see too many WRX's though; maybe once every 2 weeks

I am not going to drive like an *** though; I do not need any tickets so early in my life and I know what Folsom thinks of teens with modded cars or any type of performance car at all. I dont plan to do too many performance mods but I do plan to keep the car awhile and maybe do some in the future.

I can call them what I want. I like to say fozzy instead of forester, leggy instead of legacy and I dont think I even said rex. I said WRX though...Just say something nice and/or helpful or GTFO.

Anyone know what color of silver is the darkest on WRX's?

I thought that Bugeyes only came in 1 silver color and then 04-07's came in 2 types of silver. One dark and one light. Whats the darkest called?

There have been a number of silver/greys on the WRX's in the US.

02-04 cars had Platinum Silver Metallic (the one you linked above).
05 added Crystal Grey Metallic, which is a touch darker, with a hint of brown.
06 phased out PSM.
The '07 STi was available in Urban Grey Metallic, which is more of a traditional gunmetal, and then the 08's have yet another gunmetal shade that escapes me at the moment.

Also, Fozzy is a completely appropriate way to refer to a Forester, as is Leggy for a Legacy.

Rex is confusing, though, since depending on who you're talking tom, it could be an RX7, RX2, RX3, CRX, or a completely different Japanese model, the Rex.

Welcome to the local group of idiots (myself included) - some of them have barks worse than their bites, so don't take anything on here too personal

yeah man welcome,

and some of us are into poop and the things that you can do with it..

if this is going to be your first real car that you plan working on, you should probably get a bugeye. they are a bit cheaper so that leaves you with more more money that you can dump into it
it's better than spending your money on drugs and a lot more rewarding (addictive)
you also won't feel as bad when you eff something up (compared to something as pretty as the newer models )

I still kinda want to do a Black and Silver theme like the car above but also put on this lip and brake ducts.

-GReddy/Trust Lip
-Chargespeed Brake Ducts
