I have a friend who just got kinda screwed over on some work to her minivan. The shop she took it to is just plain bad.... didn't bleed the brakes, her pedal went soft and scared the crap out of her on the way home with her kids in the car. Anyway....

I thought I'd ask if anyone here has a solid referral for a decent honest shop. Sounds like a front rotor, shaking steering wheel on braking. The bad shop replaced both front wheel bearings as a fix and it did nothing. They said her rear brake was leaking and supposedly fixed that, but since they couldn't even bled brakes, who knows..

Anyway, think we need someone who knows brakes.
