Need help with business stuff.
I want to start my own business. How do i go about getting my license? i know i need to go to old roseville to the building and fill out the application and stuff, but does anyone know where the place is or a website with the address? i need HALP!

1-Photography, Photo Editing, and Photo Restoration
2-Roseville. im just gonna go to locations, then do editing and restoration from home.
3-I guess that'd be wholesale.
4- Store front? if anything it'd be online/flyers and taking calls and goin to take pictures. then edit from my house.
