Hillclimb != Pikes Peak.

The Pikes Peak hillclimb is a specific event with specific conditions; hillclimbs in general are uphill time trials on paved roads.

yay I finally get my drivers side door panel fixed at autowest today....

and This would have been my day of my weekend until I found out last night that I have to go to a unit meeting tonight, ugh, oh well two hours of OT

 

I think he was saying that it was not a colorado license plate.

 

I understand what you're saying... but the Sherlock Holmes in me thinks it might be a Pike's Peak special considering the state of issue on the plate and the scenery in the background.



Then again, I could be completely wrong!

Edit: I just realized that the car has Arizona plates, but Colorado is "right next door", so...

It's not a Pikes Peak car. I've seen it at other hillclimbs. It doesn't have the suspension setup to do dirt.
