look at the nice accident i got into 3 minutes after i left the tire shop with brand new tires.








so as you can guess i am quite happy.

basically i was sitting in traffic and decided that i didnt want to be. so i figured i would make a U-turn and go a different, less trafficked route (the light a block ahead was malfunctioning thus causing the traffic). so i make a U-turn and as soon as i straighten out i get hit. some guy in a suburban was making a left out of the suicide lane into a parking lot. he hit me in the drivers side door (obviously). i suspect he was doing about 15? mph when he hit me. i think its going to end up being my fault because i made that illegal u-turn. i honestly think the car is ****ed too. that pillar between the 2 doors is bent in pretty good. i have always said i would have this car until it either got stolen or i wrecked it. well, here we go...

However, if you had already straightened out, you should have had control of the lane. On the other hand, the other person could argue that had you not made the illegal left turn in the first place you'd have never been there.
