And up here, sir, freeways are not "the", they are hwy or interstate

Also, we say "hella" and "for days", so you will want to start practicing all of that now before you move up here
and "a minute" can mean any amount of time, including multiple years

oh yeah, it is off THE 50, sorry I had to. I actually noticed that people up north say freeways in that way, meh I am sure i'll be converted eventually. But I will say that I hope to god that I don't start saying hella. I am moving from Lake Arrowhead, in the san Bernardio mountains. Basically the reason I am moving for a change of pace. I am finishing up school at sac state and am going to be living with my brother. I am just sick of the little town I have lived for my whole life. I am kinda scared because I don't have a job yet. So if anyone knows of any job openings in jus about anything besides the food industry let me know. I have 4 years of retail management experience and I have a tour boat for a couple years. anyways enough rambling for me, I am just so damn excited.

cory

Welcome to Sac! Outside of us Scooby drivers, no one knows how to drive up here. The cops are pretty cool. Weekends and nights they will eye you up more because of the street racing crack down. Be careful in Citrus Heights. Very strict on speeding. Good luck on the move and be safe.:RockOn - not mine: :RockOn - not mine:
