haha, I think it also has to do because it's possible DUI on a very rich person, plus of the rarity of the car is drawing alot of attention...

I just saw something on CNN where i guess this guy has been impersonating police and secret service agents also?

There is so much not necessarily contradiction in that story, but it's confusing...

sources said that Ferrari owner Stefan Eriksson...
Brooks said officials were aware that a Scottish bank has claimed that it owns the Ferrari.
Plus they have 3 names for two people that were in the car, at least supposedly 2 ppl were in the car. Maybe the guy filming was on the passenger's lap.

The 'owner' of this car has a crap load of bad history too.
