god... i knew going into that ticket it wasn't going to be easy... I wouldn't trust this guy to take care of a damn Q-Tip, let alone a laptop.... Thing won't turn on period, changed out the battery, changed power source with a known functioning one. I noticed that if I slammed the battery in, the light would turn on for a brief second, leading me to believe this asshat dropped his laptop causing the connection to the battery to break
So now with my level 1 tech support skills I get to take apart this laptop and fix it
