so I was behind a pick up today on the way home and it reeked of gas but I didn't think much of it until I saw that there was some liquid sloshing out of the bed (and there were also black tubes sticking up) and I thought "all my windows are up and the fan isnt on and I can still smell it" so I decided to call it in...so I dial 911 to report it and get "beep beep beep....youre call cannot be completed at this time, please try again." so I tried 2 more times and kept getting that message!!
