At least this time I FINALLY got around to making a cloned image of my harddrive once windows was fully installed, so the next time I need to restore my computer I'll just reload the image rather than install windows all over again

They still haven't sold that? It was for sale for $1mil, or $3mil if you wanted to take it off the lake, about 5 years ago.

If you ever have a weekend in Tahoe, take a tour of the mentioned "Thunderbird Lodge". It's truly one of the most spectacular homes I've ever seen. You would think the guy was a member of the mob with all the tunnels and secret passage ways. And the price is very reasonable.

EDIT: End of the article says they're $32. You can also pay $100 for a ride on The Thunderbird, though this is not through the lodge, and is usually only via a special event. (charity fund raiser, etc.)
