My commute to work this morning was awesome. I don't know why but no one was on the freeway except me and a few other people bombing up the fast lane . I got to work in record time and made my meeting

 

I thought you said it was your manager? Usually they already have "experience".

 

Boy, if you think managers generally have "experience", you've got a lot to learn

But seriously, a lot of companies will hire young inexperienced managers for cheap. Its usually a win-win for everyone. Hire the young inexperienced manager for half of what a real manager costs, and they then get the experience necessary for their resume for a real manager position in a few years.
