Matt's were 17s. I got the "khail discount" on mine while they were on closeout. $385 after getting them mounted. Wish I could do that again this year...

Is that other tire trashed? (I'm guessing so.) Oh BTW I think my dad used to work for your employer. He would have been dispatch. Silver State right?

Thanks again Lance! I didn't have that last one. Watching it makes me laugh at how fast I thought I was. My lines are horrible on that lap! :rotfl:

Okay Folks, if you or anyone you know is interested, the shell would cost me $3500 to re-acquire. The actual price for it is $1900, but then I lose the sales tax I'd collect from AAA since they wouldn't actually be buying it, which knocks my settlement from $13,500 to $9800.

For those who don't know the details, I would say it's actually worth that much if you had another shell to swap things into. Every single mechanical bit forward of about the B pillars is fine, but the left rear suspension, strut, wheel, control arms, and possibly the rear subframe, halfshaft and/or rear diff is toast. The disc brake components should be okay except the line is broken off in the caliper and the parking brake cable was yanked out. It would be a great candidate for an all-motor build or even turbo project if you wanted to take it a step farther. I have Cobb cams I would part with cheap for anyone who wanted to buy it for that purpose. Also, I would need to have cash in hand or a solid commitment by Monday afternoon, as that's when I'll be signing paperwork.

Stick with the settlement and find out where its going to get auctioned off at and post that. $3,500 sounds aweful hard to recover...

Cobb intake and Exedy clutch and flywheel are basically it for the engine. The muffler section of the catback might be okay too, but I wouldn't count on it. Engine/tranny are 100% though.

And to clarify, I have no intention of buying it back and parting it out- I just wanted to give everyone the chance to buy it and use it for an L/RS conversion or whatever. All the things that are different between an L and RS are still in usable condition, plus a handful of decent mods.

2001. And if you decide you want it, you'll also have first choice of everything before I post the part-out of the mods I already took off, since that was what I offered to the buyer when I was selling the car.

By the way, check this out... The price has gone down by the way. My instructor at T-Hill (Who drove a Miata) loved it.

Hey dude, sorry I missed this before, didn't blow it off. But, it's more than I can afford, I really don't like bugeyes, and the insurance and especially gas would kill me.
