I can not in good faith, throw his car on the dyno, even if he did sign a waiver.
This kid was sold a bag of goods...MBC, BOV, bigger turbo & FIs...with a poor tune(?).

Imagine that...opensource tuning was done on this car with no oil in it.
2.5 quarts in ~1500 miles seems like OK oil consumption....
