I think I've gotten all I'll get this year. $100 cash from grandparents + $200 in gift cards to Macy's (x2 as the wife got the same). I actually like it. We usually get an absurd amount of cash from my fathers parents and it makes me feel ****ty. I like a more laid back xmas with less overall money spent. I enjoyed the large chunks of cash but this is much better, IMO.

Yeah I agree. I'm just happy to be home relaxing.

I much rather prefer actual gifts, even if of lesser monetary value, but my aunt and my uncle are both lazy and today's shopping/stuff I like is just too difficult for my grandma
