I saw someone's legacy in person, and I believe it had been tuned at DBtuned, it had exhaust, maybe uppipe/downpipe, sti intake manifold, and a couple other things. I seem to remember him telling me that he was able to get 29 highway if he was going relatively normal, cruise control engaged, etc.
