Thank the lord! It was a trying process and had its ups and downs but i finally have my new car. Keep an eye out for my build thread.

I found a 05 CGM that I am very interested in but still open to other offers so please throw them out there as i want as many options as possible and AW would be awesome!

 

This is proving to be a harder task then i original thought. Guess 05's really are the best year and no one wants to sell them.

 

Seems like no one is motivated to sell even though they have their cars listed for sale. If you have an 05 STI and are looking to sell please contact me. Serious buyer with cash in hand.

It is a very desierable year but unfortunately most of them have had 3+ owners and have been modded time and time again and most of the time it has been done the wrong way. I have found a couple but the owners dont seem very motivated to sell.

Yep definitely agree. Back in 06 when i bought my first 05 STI i wanted CGM but couldnt find one and settled on OBP. Regretted it every day but still loved it. Sold it back in 2010 and regretted selling it ever since. So now i have finally been able to pick up a new 05 (because as you said and everyone knows the 05 STI is the BEST year) and i didnt skimp and was patient to find exactly what i wanted.
