It is a very desierable year but unfortunately most of them have had 3+ owners and have been modded time and time again and most of the time it has been done the wrong way. I have found a couple but the owners dont seem very motivated to sell.

Thanks! Guess you brought me luck because i got my car! It was a tough battle, the original owner did NOT want to sell it. He almost backed out. Thank god he didnt!

Yep definitely agree. Back in 06 when i bought my first 05 STI i wanted CGM but couldnt find one and settled on OBP. Regretted it every day but still loved it. Sold it back in 2010 and regretted selling it ever since. So now i have finally been able to pick up a new 05 (because as you said and everyone knows the 05 STI is the BEST year) and i didnt skimp and was patient to find exactly what i wanted.
