Lanuage Tutors?
I'm not sure if there are a lot of pinoys in the Sac area, but my asawa is always harping on me to learn more Tagalog. I was just wondering if anybody knows of local language tutors or places I could go to get Tagalog lessons.

that would have been handy in 98-99, but...
I need to get better at Tagalog for my asawa and my kids. I travel constantly and they stay in the PI. My asawa speaks Tagalog, English, Japanese, and Korean, but my kids only speak Tagalog and barely any English. They will get better at English eventually, but I would like to be able to talk to them without using my asawa as a translator.
