Now that the deal is sealed and the stuffs at home...
Here are some of the tools I scored for $250. My local Sears is going out of business and I went halves with a coe-worker that knows the maint-shop manager, the bank ordered the company that everything must go, and they didn't really care about price. Feels like I won the lotto.

Based on how worn most of it is, no just heavly used. Most of the power tools use battery packs that are not being made anymore. So that will a thing to address on it's own.
