The second head was capable of smiling and blinking and they cut it off?
I would have paid good money to see this on the freekshow circuit. I think it is time to bomb egypt because they have prevented me from being able to point and laugh at this "thing" in person.
Two heads really are funnier than one...

Awesome outfit for that stump - gotta keep it warm and cozy before we cut the fugger off. You know this thing ended up in a jar of Formadehyde on a doctor's book shelf somewhere.
Stumpy Maged (pictured above) and Manar Maged (below) awaiting the operation that would separate them. What Stumpy did not know is that without the blood connection to her sister she would not live long. Even if she could eat she lacked the plumbing to dispose of her own waste and would become a bulging bag of **** and **** that would eventually explode and make a hell of a mess that Muhamad the night janitor would have to mop up. He is said to be looking forward to this event though as he just got his hands on a new Swiffer Wet Jet and has been practicing the Swiffer dance he saw in a Super Bowl commercial on American TV.
I love how they placed the stuffed animal so that the kid thinks her sister is still there, but she seems to drool less now...

If the average number of children per household in Egypt is 1.4, this family hit it right on the mark.
But after looking it seems that the number is closer to 4.7 so now all they need are 2 regular children and one more mutant and they are set...
