Manual Tranny ST towing capacity: 500lbs.
Auto Tranny ST towing capcaity: 4,000lbs.
Guess which one I have? Supposedly the clutch is the weak link and the reason they downgraded the towing capacity.

I'd guess the Gladiator might cost in the $18-$22K range since it's basically an extended Wrangler.
