RIM Blackberry 7100 is color as are most now-gen devices. The Treo is sweet too, I was debating which one to get but let my long standing hatred for the PALM os switch me to the blackberry.

I'm a Pocket PC fan myself, much more flexible than PalmOS and RIM.

I am too, but none of their phones (Windows smartphone I mean) work worth a crap. There should be a class action against motorola for their 200 series phones like Aaron has. They simply suck...

Having spent a week with the new Blackberry I am almost emberased for never having given them a shot before. It is such a wonderful device! I used to think blacberries were these big purple monsters with a lame OS, the newer ones are slick as hell and really small.

I did about a weeks worth of research at cnet.com before making my decision. I also found T-mobile has the cheapest unlimmited internet rates so I went with them.

I'll probably go with a convergent Pocket PC phone so I only have to carry around one device, once they come out with one that is small enough and with the features I want (high-res screen, WiFi, thumbboard, etc).
