What is immature is trying to publicly call out a mod because of your disagreement, when he has already told you the proper way to handle it. I don't know how to make it any more clear than that.

So my Claim is that Kevin M, abuses his power... since I just received points from him, my opinion is not going to mean as much on the matter since an admin will look at it like "He's just mad blahhh".... However if I can show hardcrete evidence that the majority of the people feel the same way... they will know it's not just me being mad...

If this was a call out, I would have made the votes public...

I disagree. Wingless, spt and charles are all very reasonable and helpful guys. I can almost guarantee that if you pmd them and said "hey, this admin called me stupid, then I called him a douche and got points", they'd ask Kevin what was up, then either agree with him or disagree with him based on his explanation and take some action.
