It's Saturday!!

So Oaf hates Les Schwab because it's staffed by dimwits. Sperry is becoming a short story writer.

What are you guys doing today?

I checked the 10 day forecast and there's no rain, so I think I'm going to risk it and wash my car. Then maybe go to the shop or something..I dunno.

Well the new GSM just decided he's was going to change my schedule to make me work late on sat. Now it's changed again so I'll be getting off at 6pm again and I'll get every other weekend off so I will finally be able to go on a drive if it falls on one of my weekends off.

Here's my day:

1) Pull off Terri's front wheels and calipers to track down grinding sound.
2) Discover passenger side pads are completely gone and one side of rotor is pretty trashed.
3) Discover driver's side pads are just as good as when I put both sides in less than 8,000 miles ago.
4) Drive to Kragen in Rocklin (only one with a lathe) and drop off rotors to be turned.
5) Cross fingers that they can be turned back to life.
6) Drive home and start laundry.
7) Receive call from Kragen that rotors are back in spec and I can come pick them up.
8) Drive to Kragen and pick up rotors and new pads.
9) Eat lunch (leftover piza)
10) Check i-club

Going forward
11) Install rotors, pads, etc.
12) Finish laundry
13) Wash STi
14) Work on taxes and/or play Joint Operations
15) Head out for meet

It was YYYUUUUggge! and the silver cars definately got the memo...

The natives were a little restless (y'all fixin' to race?) but overall really cool turnout and nice to meet so many people after lurking all these years.
