I'm home. Did a charity ride today called Ride for a Reason. It benefited cancer and parkinsons research. $40 got you lunch from Outback, some goodies like a shirt, some water bottles, etc and then all around Lake Natoma (the loop we rode) were support stations serving water, sports drinks, ice cream/smoothies, power gels, etc. It was awesome. Had quite a bit of fun - it was weird riding up there though; Since I've been riding down here so much I had forgotten what it was like to go up hills. I remember now and it still sucks. I did three full loops for 34.77 miles total. I got held up by slower riders a lot, which was the only bad part of the day, though there were a few slower riders with fantastic legs and asses so it wasn't all bad .

I took some pics at the event.

Couple highlights:

The black .. chick? um

This is how the 5-0 get down:

Not sure what's going on here:

right on man.

my dad and i just did a slow 12 mile ride. only averaged 13mph, but there were a lot of hills.

this is how out of shape i am compared to my dad. we were climing a hill, i was on my middle front sproket, he was in his large front. he asks what my heart rate is. it was 155, and i ask him what his is........... 110. LOL.

Sorry, dude, I only ride with a camera when I'm mountain biking. I'm going to start bringing my camera along when I road bike though since I'm not really mountain biking anymore . Hottest girl there though was probably that chick in the RPM tent in the middle of the pic.
