It's raining in Sac...
so why is everyone driving like the're on the track. I'm serious. I had this little Scion Xb on my *** trying to get me to go faster. Hello?? You tailing my *** is going to make me go any faster. Oh, and you gotta love them SUV drivers. ARGH!!! People's IQ seems to drop like -50 points. Geez!

I usually don't slow down all that much in the rain unless it reduces my visibility or there is standing water. I usually still go about 70, but I definitely increase my following distances. Yesterday the whole way here (to work) we went ****ing 40mph because people were all scared of a wet road, today was much nicer as we did 70 or so
