Question It's a jeep thing. You wouldn't understand.

I know this slogan has been around for a while, however, lately I've been seeing it a lot more on Jeeps as windshield banners, stickers or license plate frames. Weird thing is, each jeep I've seen with this sticker is stock.

..

So, is it a "Jeep thing" to brag about your stock Jeep, or do I just not understand?

Also, they aren't real Jeeps, but those new wussifications of Jeeps that Chrysler keeps churning out.

meh, it's not really any different than a stock civic with a "mugen" or "spoon" sticker across the top of the window. just a bit more hillbilly.

When I was a Jeep guy, we laughed at those poser people. They're the type that go to "Camp Jeep" to learn how to drive their jeep in light mid and over logs...Wooohooo..

I prefer "H2 Recovery team" Stickers!

There's a good video on big-boys.com of an H2 that needs a major recovery...like it needs a Jeep to bring it a new axle. When I get home I can send along the link, unless someone else wants to find it.

I can't believe at one point I really liked the H2...now it would be H1 all the way! (If I really wanted to pay eleventy-hundred thousand dollars for it and eleventy-billion dollars on gas).

The whole jeep things isn't just about big tires that are good for rock hopping.
it's about the having a lack of A/C and doors and the willingness to drive in the weather. Cherokees with leather don't deserve to wear the logo. it's a mind set.

i've been half tempted to make a sticker for my car

"it's a rally thing, it's like your Jeep thing but at 120kph"
