"The Beat" downtown is really good

Dimple Records is not bad for a small chain that is local, 3 stores I believe

I miss Dimple. A lot.

Dimple or The Beat aren't going to be as massive as Amoeba in SF or Rasputin in Berkeley, but they are a still good. Either of them probably have the biggest used selection in Sac, and not a lot of their used stuff is crap.

I stop by Dimple sometimes. It's a nice stop.

Dimple ****ing rocks.

I dislike "The Beat". Their prices don't seem very competitive with Dimple.

Yeah, the thing I like about The Beat is that they sometimes have really rare stuff. Otherwise Dimple > The Beat.

i've only been to The Beat and that was a few years back. but yeah, their prices were a bit higher then lets say, Best Buy, but they also got quite a bit of hard to find shiznit.
