I was running some cat5 above the ceiling walking on a thin metal stud wall that has 1" metal flex running on top of it, i stepped on the flex & slipped off fallingl halfway through the ceiling and showering my boss with ceiling tile debris & insulation



Luckily i had a solid grip on something with my right hand so i only went halfway through
