Hello to all,

So, two friends and I are getting a house together, but we need a fourth roommate. Neither friend can think of anyone they know, and we all want someone we can get along with, and that would be willing to sign a 12 month lease with us (which means NO breaking a lease early). The house is a new model 5 bedroom, 3.5 bath, 3 car garage house, with 2600 sq ft. Rent is roughly around $473.75 (sorry, got exact figure later) a month, and cable, water & trash is included. The house is located in Rancho Cordova near highway 50 (south of it) right around Sunrise Ave. We are looking for a male or female (she has to put up with 3 guys though), if any of you people know someone who is looking for a place please pm me or post about it. Please lets not try and derail this thread, thanks.

Yep, one of the other guys said all he needs is storage for his bicycles, that's it. Its a two car garage with one seperate garage kiddy corner to the two car one.

Edit: And so far, no one wants the master bedroom, which the price on rent would be a little more.

I'd be interested, but it's the wrong direction. I miss my old bathroom and the masterbedroom would be soooooo prefect.
