I love you cousin
There are a lot of wrongs to this post, but if he's behind bars he won't be able to commit murder (unless he wants to kill another in mate)

Okay, I need to set some **** straight. Firstly, I apologize for starting a thread just to vent some frustration. I-CLUB is not the place for that (hehe).
Second, his level of involvement was very minor and there were other people that received the same sentence who were much more involved.
I'm not sure how familiar you all are with what a police informant does, but they get paid for information and for the severity of the charges. In most cases these informants are low-life scum****s that only want to save their asses from the courts and need money for whatever reason. Such is the case with my cousin. A jury of our peers decided to take the word of a multiple felon, sex-offender.
This informant approached my cousin and his friends and stated that HE was going to take a life. My cousin did nothing to stop this from happening which makes him guilty by association.
I'm not saying the he is completely innocent, but does that deserve a life sentence?
I didn't plan to get this deep into it. I do appreciate the insight from all of you but as Paul said, only one person knows the truth.
I will just end this by saying our justice system's sentencing is incedental to the severity of the crime.

I'm sending positive energy to you and your family.
