#1 The gurls were doing something to ruin other peoples lives for fun.
#2 The driver did something that would ruin other peoples lives for good.

Both are at fault.
In the group: One is dead, one has 2 broken legs, one in critical condition.
The truck driver will go to jail for multiple felony crimes.

And you can assume that if they weren't throwing eggs, they wouldn't be scared of a truck trying to ram them, hence that gurl would still be alive.

you forgot DUI is a felony... if i recall, they still aren't sure the truck hit them... and doesnt it seem, a little convenient that a week after it happens there a mysterious white truck the police are looking for?

Haha, well besides that our judicial system is racist/lopsided as hell. If some mexican or black group of girls described something like that, they wouldn't be lookin' for some white pickup.

 

i think that there was alky involved. i mean come on it just happens that "after a party" that they decide to go out and egg peoples stuff. and maybe there was or wasn't a truck chasing them. personally i am going with there wasn't and they ran off the road messing around in there car. but that is just me.

 

most likely alch involve i heard somewhere else that the girl driving was celebrating her 18th bday that night too=get trashed....?!?!?!

 

If they were drunk the driver shouldn't get murder charges... He should get a medal of honor for taking out the problem, before the problem becomes someone elses problem
