Well first thing......... never ever openly send your money to an old paypal address and hope that it is still active. I did that to a not so old account for tshirts, since it was a promo for a movie. Never got my tshirts and lost aboutu 40 bucks.
There is a i-club decal thread. It helps a lot to find a thread dedicated and has recent posts to know whats going on, and if thing are still active! Hope you get your decals.
