there is tons of pics of giant catfish from the south...
i can't remember the term they use for the process of how they "fish" for them....
but basically you wade out and hold the bate close to the bottom,
then when the fish bites you wrestle it to the surface and let all your chaw happy bud-light buddies snap a pic of you and post it on the web.
