I'm sorry, but I think that for a GI that's been in for 6 years and only has a High School education, I think I'm decently far up the pay scale with the position I'm getting at WebEx.

The grass is always greener on the other side. I could have probably scored a job with Lockheed if I wanted to go back and forth to the desert and Korea some more.

It's wierd for a while; you ruin a couple of pair of shoes trying to put kiwi on 'em, you eat like it's your last meal while people stare at you, drop F bombs all the time(even when talking to children), crap into plastic bags & pack it out, etc.

usually IRR obligation is 8 years from the date you initially swore in....
If you do have IRR time left...hope that they don't call you back up, as it does happen quite a bit more often these days than it used too.
