I used to live 1 block away from the origional chipoltle on Evans street in Denver (by the University of Denver and before it blew up
) It's been great ever since I started eating it 'way back in '96
. And now even you crazy SRIC people have become addicted!
Next time I'm down there I'll snap a pic of me eating my burrito in the first one evAr. Heres the current flava:
Chicken Burrito
Rice
No beans
Mild Pico De whatever salsa
Medium Green salsa
A dab of hot salsa
Sour Cream
Guacamole
Cheese
Lettuce
And the key, that really will change your burrito making experiance: Ask for it to be MIXED UP. It makes everything go together and taste wonderful. Best. Choice. Ever.
