i did talk to my boss about it, they all know that ill sell more cars then them, but i dont want to get paid per car, i did that for 7 years and now i just want normal job. I wanted to sell cars on the side, but in order to do that i need to leave my current position get good at selling cars and then i can come back to hourly. also if i do start selling cars, then good bye to my life.
