I wanted to celebrate ride to work day, but I didn't have a motorcycle. So I made my own sound effects all the way to work. *broooooomm vroooooommm gagagagagga vroom vgrooom* Got all the pedestrians out of my way.

Nowadays, you need two people working making 50k a year or more to afford a home and still have money for bills. I am not going to bag on anyone in an apartment that buys nice things for themselves, you can't live off of bread and water, saving up $500 a month to put down on a house when they are appreciating at $1000-$5000 a month...
Since the time I moved out on my own, I have never lived in a place that did not have a garage. I drove a POS honda and lived in downtown Oakland for a while as I saved towards a nicer place to live and the finer things in life.

But if you can't be flexable then you don't have to be.
I chose to test ride a couple of bikes on saturday that was a spare the air day. One of the bikes was a Triumph Rocket III with a 2.3 liter engine
I was not saving the planet.Besides, the RTW day isn't about saving the air as much as it's about showing the public and others that many people ride.
