i've only eaten one before, it was so good though. i need to not each breffas and lunch and THEN eat one.

 

no, eat a moderate to large sized breakfast because that'll stretch out your stomach for the day and get it workin. then don't eat till like 5 and have the 4x4 then. If you don't eat at all your stomach will stay shrivilled (sp???) up all day and won't be able to expand much to hold all of the 4x4
