i'd rather take Marshal Rd. back to coloma then lotus rd to cameron park...cuz i HATE mosquito rd...such a useless stretch of road...way too dangerous to have fun on too!

Okay, sure. So are we starting at Mosquito Ridge or Wentworth?

I'm going to turn around if there's dirt and gravel though ... the whole purpose of the drive is to break in my autox tires, I don't want to ruin them.

 

If you want to break in tires, might be best to just do wentworth then. Its a rough road, about like mosquito ridge roughness.

If you do want to do it, ya it would be best to start in foresthill.

i'm down to meet in coloma, pollock or placerville...
everywhere else (auburn/folsom/etc) ends up making it into a pre-drive before the drive.
esp auburn...cus i have to take 49 thru amer riv canyon just to get there.
wentworth from icehouse down is more of a downhill...from G-town up it's more of a hill climb...so it's up to you guys which way to go...

i eventually have to be in cameron park at the end of this all, so i'll make provisions if needed for my own personal detour if you guys deceide to change things up or want to explore mesquito ridge...but i'd def like to do icehouse>wentworth or visa versa...
i could meet up in coloma @ marshall rd & 49 if you take salmon falls up.
